2.1   Application Services:

2.1.1         The (Eshterakat) application provides a service for all users allow them to subscribe to a food package through the application platform.

2.1.2         Users of the applications benefit through the platform by browsing and familiarizing them with the products offered.



2.3   Information about the advertiser:

2.3.1         The application administration has the right to view the advertiser's information as long as the advertiser's account is active or as needed to provide services. If the advertiser wants to cancel his account, his information will be deleted by the application services administration.

2.3.2         The application management has the right to retain and use the advertiser's information as appropriate to fulfill the legal obligations of the application administration, resolve disputes, and enforce management agreements.

2.3.3         The advertiser may review and update his personal information to ensure it is accurate, at any time through the application.



2.4   Technical support:

2.4.1         The application management provides technical support to advertisers by communicating with them in the event of any malfunction in the application.

2.4.2         The technical support response to the application shall be made to the advertiser within a period not exceeding one month from the date of sending the complaint to technical support through the application, and if the problem or defect is not addressed, the amount of the advertisement will be refunded within this period.
